Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) Policy

1. DMCA Notice

IFSCFinder respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998, the text of which may be found on the U.S. Copyright Office website, IFSCFinder will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement committed using our service that are officially reported to our Designated Copyright Agent.

Please note that banking identifiers, specific IFSC strings, and general city geolocations themselves are largely considered public domain datasets maintained by the government infrastructure. However, if you believe that any custom graphical elements, text pieces, or unique layouts on our site violate your copyright, we are fully committed to resolving the issue.

2. How to Submit a DMCA Takedown Request

If you are a copyright owner, or are authorized to act on behalf of one, or authorized to act under any exclusive right under copyright, please formally report alleged copyright infringements taking place on or through the Site by completing the following DMCA Notice of Alleged Infringement and sending it to our Designated Copyright Agent.

Upon receipt of the complete DMCA Notice, we will take whatever explicit action, in our sole discretion, as we deem uniquely appropriate, including aggressive removal of the challenged material from the website.

3. Required Information in the Request

To be effective, your DMCA Notification must include the following documentation:

  • Identify the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed, or - if multiple copyrighted works are covered by a given Notice - you may provide a representative list of the copyrighted works that you claim have been infringed.
  • Identify the exact material that you claim is infringing (or to be the subject of infringing activity) and that is to be securely removed or access to which is to be immediately disabled, and provide information reasonably sufficient to allow us to instantly locate the material (preferably providing specific URL links).
  • Provide your mailing address, telephone number, and, if available, your email address.
  • Include the following distinct statements directly in the body of the Notice:
    • "I hereby state that I have a good faith belief that the disputed use of the copyrighted material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law."
    • "I hereby state that the information in this Notice is completely accurate and, under absolute penalty of perjury, that I am the owner, or authorized to act on behalf of the owner, of the copyright or of an exclusive right under the copyright that is allegedly infringed."
  • Provide your full legal name alongside your electronic or physical signature.

Deliver this Notice, with all items completed, to contact@codelearnfast.com.

4. Counter Notification Process

If you genuinely believe that material you posted on the site was heavily misclassified and securely removed by mistake or severe misidentification, you may submit a Counter Notification to us. Your Counter Notification must strictly contain the following requirements:

  • Your physical or electronic signature.
  • Precise identification of the material that has been physically removed and the location (URL) at which the material appeared previously.
  • A statement, formulated under penalty of perjury, that you hold a firm, good faith belief that the material was removed heavily due to an indexing mistake or explicit misidentification.
  • Your name, address, telephone number, and an attached statement that you strongly consent to the localized jurisdiction of your federal district court.

5. Repeat Infringer Policy

In adherence to the DMCA standards, IFSCFinder has formally adopted a resolute policy of aggressively terminating, in solely appropriate circumstances and at our explicit discretion, access to users, contributors, or bots who are fundamentally identified as repeat copyright infringers.
